Of course it would be wonderful if all that was needed was to spend a couple of days with us in a workshop - and sometimes that is all that’s required. On occasions though our clients have asked if we can provide longer term support and in those situations we work on either a retained or ad-hoc advisory basis. Advisory assignments have lasted anywhere between a few weeks and a couple of years.
